A conversation on your terms
You may be considering a property disposition, reviewing a group of assets or simply responding to a question about a location you own. The first step is to understand your context.
An address, the property type and a general sense of what you want to discuss are enough for an initial inquiry. You do not need to supply a rent roll, financial statements or confidential transaction documents through this website.
If your plans are undecided, say so. A research conversation does not mean you have decided to sell, authorized anyone to market your property or agreed to work with a transaction professional.
We seek to understand which property or group of properties is relevant, who is authorized to discuss it and whether there is a reason to continue the conversation. That context helps avoid introductions that do not fit the situation.
Questions about asking price, marketing, negotiations, tax consequences or legal obligations require the appropriate professional. JBI does not provide those services. Where a useful introduction is possible, the purpose and intended recipient should be clear before information is shared.
You decide whether to pursue that introduction. Any scope of work, compensation or professional relationship must be addressed directly with the relevant parties. There is no assurance that a discussion will lead to an offer or transaction.
No. JBI's role is research, origination and introductions. Brokerage, negotiation and other licensed transaction services are handled by appropriately qualified third parties under separate arrangements.
Yes. If a conversation is not relevant or the timing is wrong, you can let the person who contacted you know. An inquiry does not oblige you to proceed.
