JBI provides commercial real estate research, origination and introduction services. We research properties, ownership and market activity, identify relevant owners and investors, evaluate potential opportunities, conduct direct outreach and facilitate introductions to specialized transaction professionals when appropriate.
Professional services
JBI is not holding itself out through this website as a licensed real estate brokerage unless separately disclosed. This website does not offer transaction negotiation or brokerage services by JBI.
